As an alumnus of CU Boulder’s Leeds School of Business and DU’s Executive MBA program, Bob’s real estate experience began with a 14-year career as a Fortune 100 as a sales/marketing executive in Whirlpool Corporation’s Home Builder division working with the nation’s largest residential home builders coast-to-coast.
Bob’s strong client focus and well-honed negotiation skills came from selling to such industry giants as Pulte, Horton, U.S. Homes, MDC/Richmond, Lennar, KB Homes, NVR, Fleetwood, Champion and many others as well as smaller regional builders.
Following Whirlpool Bob and Cindy, his wife of 37-years, became entrepreneurial business partners in their own boutique real estate firm and mortgage brokerage offering bundled real estate and financing services to a wide array of client including residential and commercial buyers and sellers, REO portfolio sales, multi-family housing, retail store development, distressed property services, charter school development, residential housing development and arranging commercial real estate financing among others.
