Wendy is a seasoned interior design professional who guides the firm'c clients in preparing homes, commercial buildings, and other properties for listing and sale. She meets with EPG clients, assesses the property, and makes recommendations and guides the implemention of  improvements. 

Wendy  creates a look, or stage, that will increase potential buyers’ interest. Among her recommendations for staging are landscaping improvements, exterior and interior painting, furniture placement, and the introduction of accessories.

Wendy is also a licensed Realtor.
